Dr. Pulley

Benjamin R. Pulley, M.D.

Dr. Pulley is a fellowship-trained orthopaedic trauma surgeon and hip reconstruction specialist. He joined the Orthopaedic Associates of Zanesville in 2018. Dr. Pulley has expertise in treating complex skeletal injuries, including periarticular and long bone fractures, pelvis and acetabular fractures, multiple extremity trauma, periprosthetic fractures, and fracture nonunions. He has special training in anterior total hip replacement as well as total hip revision surgery.

Dr. Pulley grew up in Lancaster, New York and then attended The Ohio State University in Columbus, Ohio for his undergraduate studies, where he graduated cum laude and earned a Bachelor of Science with honors. He received his Doctor of Medicine from Wake Forest School of Medicine in Winston-Salem, North Carolina and subsequently performed his orthopaedic residency training at Mount Carmel Health System in Columbus, Ohio.

Dr. Pulley completed additional fellowship training at Stanford University in Palo Alto, California with a focus on orthopaedic trauma and hip reconstruction surgery.

Dr. Pulley is a member of the Orthopaedic Trauma Association, AOTrauma North America, and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.

Dr. Pulley sees patients in the Zanesville and Cambridge offices and is a member of the medical staff at Northpointe Surgical Suites, Genesis Hospital, and Southeastern Ohio Regional Medical Center.

Dr. Pulley enjoys trail running, cycling, and exploring the National Parks with his family.
